I need some help for my ad. Customers cannot submit order form after they click shop now to buy. I contacted and was directed to come to the community for help. She talked about the pixel. Please how can resolve this issue?

Each time customers fill the form to submit it pops up a message saying; The form was unable to submit. Please contact the site administrator.
