The website https://www.dtodstyle.com/ has been added to the Pixel 840115844707660 for events such as Page view and Add to cart but the Initial checkout event that was added to the Pixel 1118112699271616 which was not intentionally made. Kindly assist to add the Initial checkout event to the Pixel 840115844707660 as we are currently utilizing that Pixel.
Hello Hemender, I understand your problem. Checkout page you are using is basically under iframe. You have setup Facebook pixel in two ways. 1. Main site Using Meta and Instagram app. Pixel id - 2273828xxxxxxxxxx. 2. Iframe site Using Google Tag Manager for Facebook pixel. Pixel id 969595959xxxxxxxx.
You set up the Facebook Pixel in two ways. you have used different pixel id in two places. Which is completely wrong because you can see these problems.
If you want to solve these problems then you need to complete with Google Tag Manager. Add Google Tag Manager on Main site also iframe site then use 1 pixel id.
