Problem Elaboration:

We have a custom-built CRM connected to four pages. This CRM handles all inquiries from our pages' inboxes. Everything functioned properly until the June 11, 2024 updates.

Scenario:

Page (a): Messages from the page's inbox are not being sent to the CRM, and the CRM cannot send messages back to Meta. Page (b): Messages from the page's inbox are sent to the CRM, and the CRM can send messages back to Meta. Page (c): Messages from the page's inbox are sent to the CRM, and the CRM can send messages back to Meta. Page (d): Messages from the page's inbox are not being sent to the CRM, and the CRM cannot send messages back to Meta.
