Hi, I dont know if many of you know this, but from July 23rd of 2024 there is a new API for Instagram that doesnt require any login with Facebook nor Facebook page to be able to get an access token for an instagram account. The problem is that it doesnt offer any insights of the posts, the endpoints are mostly focused on account managment (messages, post publishing,comment moderation) rather than account data visibility like insights and so on.

This API is a game changer because my users usually have problems connecting their Instagram account to my app because the process can be confusing creating the page, accepting all the required permissions, etc, and many people doesnt have Facebook asociated with their Instagram account. With this new API all of that is solved and process is much more straightforward.

Are there any plans to include the posts insights, audience data and story webhooks in this new API? I dont know where to ask about this.
