Is it normal to wait almost a year for a simple business review? Exactly the same business, using exactly the same documents, was approved for a previous app within 7 days.

This time, it has been rejected, resubmitted, and has now been sitting there in review for 6 months. I've tried to report a bug, but it isn't possible.

No one is available to speak to. I've reached out to the app review support team who refuse to assist, and will not even pass on a message. It is a truly woeful platform.

My Twitter/X platform app was approved (business, use case and technical permissions) all within a week. Twitter/X platform even give you a human to speak to.

I've even reached out to Meta devs on X who have seen my DM but ignored it.

Should I just be patient for the next 300 years?
