Unable to submit or access the Data Use Checkup.

Recently, we received a notification from your company requesting us to submit the Data Use Checkup. Upon seeing the notification, we immediately attempted to complete the process. However, we were unable to submit the information due to issues with page access (as shown in the attached screenshot). We also tried switching browsers and operating systems, but we still could not access the page or submit the required information. Additionally, we were unable to access the app list.

Could you please help us identify and resolve this issue? Below is a detailed description of the problem:

1.  We are unable to access the My App page (https://developers.facebook.com/apps/?show_reminder=true). The page returns the following error message: HTTP ERROR 429.
2.  We are unable to access and complete the Data Use Checkup.

We are very eager to fulfill the required documentation and submission as requested by your company, but due to these access issues, we have been unable to do so.

Please arrange for an engineer to look into this issue. If possible, you can contact us, and we will do everything we can to assist in identifying and analyzing the problem.
