Can an API be used to build a business profile on a third-party website without permission?

There is a company www.photography1000.com They use an API to find photographers on Facebook and they extract photos and text from business profiles on Facebook. On their website, they create business profiles for photographers without express consent and design a webpage with images and text pulled from the business's Facebook page. Once created, they send an email to the company email address with a link to the business profile. The profile page is already live and accessible to the general public. From that link, you can "claim" the profile with your email but you have to pay to edit it or, you can leave it as is or request to have it taken down. This is the second time they have done this with my content from Facebook and the second time I have had the page taken down. They state that by using Facebook, I have granted permission for them to use this data in this manner because they are an authorized META API Partner. Is this an allowable use of data?
