When I tap through to my app page I see at the top of the page:

We've disabled this app for violating the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You can continue to use it in development mode. Read more or appeal

However, following the link takes me to a page where it says none of your apps are restricted.

I don't see any way of resolving the issue or of reporting the bug.
