Endless request for a screencast video

We've had a request for a screencast video several times now, and we're going through the same ordeal yet again seemingly. Meta has blocked our use of the API while we're trying to find out what to do.

Last time we provided the same video 5 times, just adding indexes and graphics to indicate the subjects, and after a lot of useless responses (they just send you the list of everything that needs to be in there) we finally got a message from a seemingly real person who pointed out what exactly was missing. So then we provided the exact same video yet again and pointed to the exact timestamp in the video for that item. We were then approved.

10 days ago we were asked for a video again. We've provided them with the same video. It was refused, and we just received the list of everything that needs to be in there. Again.

We're going crazy with this. Is there anyone here working for Meta that can give actual support? Because no, the support contact page isn't working either.

I should add our app is now not working for quite some people (Facebook login) and we're seriously suffering in our support department.
