Good day Facebook team,

I am desperately seeking assistance. I have tried to complete the Access Verification 9 times and it keeps coming back as "Needs more information", without any further indication. I am not sure what additional information is needed as I have included the following:

1. Business use case
2. Value provided to our customers
3. References to the specific permissions I have contacted the support and they have come back saying: "This issue is beyond our scope".

All I am seeking is just the smallest piece of guidance as to what additional information I need to include or what I am doing wrong. I see many other developers are experiencing similar issues so any helpful response will go a very long way.

We have a very limited time left to complete this process.
