We are desperate as our apps are not working and when we try to submit a support request we get an error message. When we try to do a bug request nothing we choose is supported. How can we get hold of the Support team about our apps when we cannot submit a support request via the form? We spend thousands on advertising a month and we really need our apps to work. We have tried incognito browser, different browser, contacting other Facebook teams but all Facebook help we have contacted have failed to get us un touch with App Developer Support. They say they don't talk to each other and one department cannot talk to another, I have about 15 different help requests that have gone nowhere. We really need to get in touch with Developer support or get the helpmfeature on our developer page fixed.
