Whatsapp message templates have disappeared

While working on the message templates for Whatsapp business account, all templates have suddenly disappeared from Whatsapp manager. Templates are not lost or deleted, if i make queries via graph API, i can get a list of templates. But they are no longer visible. Also, there is a dropdown button on the top-right corner with the list of WA accounts, which had shown my accounts - well, recently at least. Now the list is empty too. Accounts themselves are accessible, just not visible in the dropdown. Yes I'm having the same issue. The upper-right corner drop down disapeared, and the number that is now missing is not sending templates.

I have the same issue, but I have not broken or missuses any features one can help me with this.

Update. After a while, i've got my templates visible again. With no actions from my side. Then the issue came back, and another pause, and then everything got visible again. And this has been repeating from time to time. Invisibility period varied from 24h to 4h, not sure why and what it depends on. I've tried to contact the support, and got a response that the issue is not within their responsibility, meaning that there were no limitations applied to my account by any kind of violations. The issue seems to be some kind of automated safeguard which didn't work as expected. No solid solution so far, so any other observations or suggestions are appreciated.

My templates are missing too for a specific number!

I have the same issue today with templates not loading then on attempt to recover, got the error block "It looks like you were misusing this feature by going too fast. You’ve been temporarily blocked from using it."
