One of our clients is pretty upset because we're not able to set the sponsor in their posts. It has happen with at least 2 different sponsors with the same exact error. They also provided us evidence that they can use that sponsor in their posts.

We have had this issue for more than 3 months.

Does anyone know about this issue?
