I want to send a message to a number that I will pass as a parameter in the request body. But when I transfer a number that is not in the list of recipients. Then I get an error. Theoretically, by passing the number in the body of the request, the message should be sent to the specified number. But in my case, the message is sent only to the pre-verified number. How to fix this situation?
