So I opened a ticket in https://business.facebook.com/direct-support/ in order to enable Business information editing for 72 hours. However, even though Meta staff gave me the authorization to edit my Business Information Details here: https://business.facebook.com/latest/settings/business_info/?business_id=

I am still receiving a Error performing query. & Unable to save changes. Please try again.error when I try to save the form. After providing a video (unfortunately it has a ton of sensitive information so I can't post it here), Meta support asked me to open a ticket here.

How can I resolve this? It's been over a week. Thank you!
