CRM and Facebook Omnichannel

We are using Microsoft D365 CRM Omnichannel to integrate with Facebook's messaging service. The objective of our application is to receive messages from Facebook users to support them through our CRM. However, when we configured the application to work with our verified business page, the integration did not function as expected. We followed the configuration steps meticulously, but when a Facebook user sends a message to our business page, our app does not receive the messages. We have successfully configured the integration with a personal page three times, but despite reconfiguring it for our verified business page multiple times, it still does not work. We have contacted Microsoft support and followed all their instructions, but after further investigation, we believe the issue is originating from Facebook’s side. We would appreciate Facebook's assistance in resolving this issue.
