I am facing a problem with the creation of a Facebook Business Portfolio, which is necessary for utilizing the WhatsApp service.

When I attempt to create the portfolio, I consistently receive an "Unable to Create Account" error, as shown in the attached screenshot. I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.
