Payment disabled for the user: Payment has been disabled for the user

Hi guys,

We are a newly established company (restaurant), I was trying to boost a post, but I have been getting the following message: "Payment has been disabled for the user".

I contacted Meta business support and got the following reply:

"Thanks for contacting Meta. We noticed unusual activity on your account and temporarily disabled your payments.

After reviewing your account, I've reactivated your account and payments, so you should be able to run ads and make payments on Facebook from Meta again.

You can review your current payment methods here: https://secure.facebook.com/ads/manage/funding.php"

Despite them claiming that they have reactivated my account, I am still unable to do run any ads or boost any post.

This is super frustrating.

Any suggestion as to what more I can do to resolve the problem?
