I had a WhatsApp account disabled for spam, but this account didn't even have a template created to open conversations, it was only responding to messages that arrived.
Does anyone have any help, or a place where I can talk? I asked for a reevaluation, but they didn't allow it, saying it was violating the policy.
I couldn't find a support person I could talk to to try to at least understand what happened. This was the second account they disabled.
This also happened for us yesterday.
We submitted a template and got a permanent ban for violating wa commerce guidelines. Meta's AI systems are definitely wild. At first I thought it's because they want to stifle businesses in e-commerce, because you know they have a their own commerce systems.
Seeing your case I believe their AIs are way off. We need human people on these things
