My WhatsApp Business Cloud API app does not receive webhooks notification for connected client accounts

Hello,

My app is not receiving data on webhook for all my client accounts.

My clients connected the WhatsApp Business using Embedded Signup with my App, and the process went smoothly. Now they are able to send messages, send templates, and more using the cloud api.

The issue is when a message is sent from their WABA account, we're not receiving status updates on our app's webhook for any of our clients

as you can see, the phone number response has webhook url for our application

We're not able to understand why we're not able to receive incoming messages for this client. If there is permission that we need to request inorder to receive data on webhook for a client during onboarding, then please let us know, and we will request those permissions. If the issue is something else, please let us know.

We are in exactly the same situation, this post https://developers.facebook.com/community/threads/397544289283435/ suggest that completing the app verification process, but that seems mad, why would anyone be applying to get an apps permissions proved without being able to test it works first
