I have submitted my app for review and it has been rejected >5 times as of now. The review team is now saying that my apps OTP screen is not responding, but it works fine, even the meta support team is able to login with the provided credentials. I have also tested using Philippines VPN and it works as expected. I am not sure what to do as they dont provide any other details or any screenshot.
