My 2 Client WABA Got Disabled

Hello team, I implemented Embedded signup on my portal and signedup 2 clients in a single day and applied for business verification.

After 2-3 hours i got an email your WABA disabled due to whatsapp commerce policy violation.

what to do?? why this happened.

In a similar case, Meta Support informed me that the issue was due to the website link provided being a personal Facebook profile page instead of a Facebook Page with the business name or a business website.

Actionable Step: Try updating your website link to a Facebook Page with your business name or your official business website and reach out to Meta Support for further assistance. They should be able to help you resolve the issue and potentially reinstate your WABA.

Thanks for response. i have already added website and verified domain with same name as company name but still my waba got disabled even if i click on review button shows You are not a member of any eligible Businesses. Please contact your account manager to give you access to the tool.
