How can custom fields be added to webhook messages?

I'm currently working on an auto - reply robot. But when two accounts both have auto - reply enabled, how can I tell that a message is an auto - reply message? Is there a customizable field in the webhook message that can be used to indicate that the message is sent by the system? Otherwise, they will reply to each other in an infinite loop.
