When i send message to this Page, i didnt get any webhooks from Messenger. This happens only for some users and this happened this morning (yesterday it was working just fine).

We are also facing this issue - only receiving webhooks from certain Facebook pages for some of FB accounts.
Some of my colleagues sent messages doesn't trigger webhooks to our application when it does for me.

We experienced this for several people interacting with our production Messenger bot a few hours ago; one of those affected customers were able to send messages a little earlier, with no action on our part, but still investigating whether this issue persists. Hoping Meta can take a look, as no outage was reported when this was ongoing.

I don't think we are able to fix it since our webhooks didn't receive payload from Messenger properly
try hack facebook and fix. let's do it
atleast we should be able to set the status as broken. It's so annoying to see big green tick but then the thing is broken
For me, it's not easy at all to explain the issue with my clients
