I'm trying to change the display name of my chatbot. I have requested permission to change, and received message that new name is ready to use. I understand that to use the new name I need to go on certificate view on the phone numbers page(attached screen) screen. Problem is, it's disabled, with a message which seems to assume I was on an On-Premise API. I was never on an On-Premise API - I started with cloud API. I have been through Meta Small business support chat a few times, without much help. But then today i noticed that the message about On-Premise API has disappeared, and the view certificate is now enabled. However, when I got there I find out I can't download the certificate, with another confusing message as below: "The certificate is not available for your business. Only the business solution provider who manages integration with the WhatsApp business platform will be able to download the certificate."

This is getting more and more confusing. Please help.
