• I submitted a request to review instagram_basic permissions. A Facebook reviewer asked me to provide a test user account for an app whose Facebook page was successfully linked to an Instagram business account. But when I log in with a test user account, create a Facebook page, and link it to my Instagram business account, it says I can't link. So what can I do?
• I tried many times with other Instagram accounts or other test users but the result is still the same.
• I also use another method: provide a real account that has been successfully linked to the Instagram business account to the Facebook reviewer, but they cannot log in to that account due to a country IP error.
