I am facing an issue while attempting to register my phone number for the WhatsApp API. When I first submitted my number, I encountered an API response error. After attempting to submit the number again, I received the following error message: "There was a problem registering your phone number. This page is not available right now. Please try reloading in a few minutes." I have only tried 2-3 times.

Now, the option to add my phone number is disabled, and I am seeing an error message stating, "Number is already registered in WhatsApp Business app." However, I have not created a WhatsApp Business account.

This issue is urgent for me, and I would appreciate your assistance as soon as possible.
