Our app review was approved, but API access was not restored ater mote than 48h

What do we need to do now? The Restricted issue is based on the other 2 that were Resolved more than 48h ago.
The message says "After our reviewers complete their review of the app, this violation will be resolved, and the app will be automatically restored."
When will this happen? Thanks!

There is no way to appeal either, as the form says we don't have any restricted apps (although our app is most certainly restricted)
