One of the apps I'm the developer of faces review issues, and we're getting into a loop of contradictory review messages. For every review, we state that the app not longer needs the instagram_graph_user_profile permission, which was removed from the app dashboard. But the review always comes back as if the review is enabled when it's not. Other than that, there's no way to remove the Instagram Basic Display product, which is something that the app doesn't use anymore and it causes issues with our regular Facebook login application
