Where do I find the error for this message "You have alerts pending analysis"?

I'm trying to create the WhatsApp app and I'm getting a warning "You have alerts pending review", but when I click on the warning, I'm taken to the WhatsApp account overview and no pending issues are shown. I don't know where the problem is. When I try to integrate with Uchat, the phone number says "This WhatsApp Business account is not available for use."
Can someone help me?

I have the same problem, I am informed that the Test Number does not comply with the guidelines and my account is blocked
