Since the app management was limited to 15 apps, I was deleting old apps, and in the process, I started getting "HTTP ERROR 429" and could not access My Apps. I am having trouble changing app settings and applying for permissions. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

I would like to have the restriction lifted as soon as possible.
