We have developed an application that receives leads through a webhook and transfers them into our CRM. Our customers are able to link their Facebook Pages to our app via Facebook/Meta integration.

Workflow Overview 1. Users log in via Facebook to access their pages with specific permissions (scope: 'pages_show_list,leads_retrieval,ads_management,pages_read_engagement,pages_manage_ads') 2. They select which pages to grant access to from the Facebook interface. 3. We run /me/accounts to retrieve Facebook pages details (name, picture, id, category, access_token). 4. The app obtains convert the user access token to a long lived access token.

Issue Encountered When a user has access to a Facebook Page through Meta Business Manager, the page appears in the Facebook selection popup. However, this page does not appear when we execute /me/accounts, preventing its integration into our system.

On the other hand, if the user has access to the Facebook Page through direct Facebook Page admin access, the page is visible and accessible via /me/accounts, and integration proceeds smoothly.

Question Why can't a user connect a page if he has full access through Business Manager, but can connect it if he has direct admin access from the Facebook page?
