I cannot respond to app review "violation not resolved" - I have only 7 days before strike

Meta sent me a message saying "During regular review of apps on the Meta for Developers platform, we identified that MY_APP is violating the following Platform Term or Policy".

They ask me to respond via their form page within the next 7 days or my app will be restricted. We have many paid users that need this Meta integration to stay active.

Unfortunately their form page is not working, the fields are always reseting each time I enter something. When I inspect the browser network tab I can see that each time I enter something in the form fields Meta api returns "Rate limit exceeded, try again later".

I tried to logout /login. I tried to close the browser (I am on Google Chrome). And I also tried Safari....

This sounds to be a bug in Meta's developer page.

Nice but now how can I respond to this "suspected" violation within 7 days?...
