I'me a Volunteer Fire Department, IT Manager, and i would like to create a script, that could post to our facebook page, whenever there is a relevant incident regarding fire & rescue or weather warnings, automatically:

The script part is not the problem, but i need guidance to get the permissions for the APP to publish to the page.

This is only a PHP script, without any IOS or ANDROID app.

Can please someone guide me?
