Using the graph API to get the Instagram conversation, as there are conversations still it returns the empty response. If I use the MESSENGER as a platform then it returns the conversations.

Please try with url https://graph.facebook.com/v18.0/{{page_id}}/conversations?platform=INSTAGRAM

Still it shows same empty data response, is it like the business should be verified and the admin role can only get the conversations.
