webhook is not working on specific page

When I try to subscribe to a page using graph api subscribed_apps, it was successfully subscribed, but somehow on this specific page it success at the first time, then after some chat in the messenger it seems like unsubscribed by itself ? is there any specific settings for this ?

and also for this specific page, in the Advanced Messaging setting, in "Connected Apps" section is not showing the app while other pages is showing the apps

Did you manage to find a solution for this or at least what the actual problem is? I'm struggling with this myself
