High volume of #-1 internal server errors

Hi team,

We are experiencing high volume of errors from Facebook with error code -1 when using private reply comment api. This is disrupting our core application function which affects 500+ users who's using us at the moment. Per day revenue affected from all our users is around 100K USD. Please look into this.

what about get comment "from" field, are you guys getting the error also?

We are getting error sending message through conversation also.
