Heya, I am trying to see if it is possible to access instagram dm via the API Conversations for Messenger

The conversations api seems to work, except it does not retrieve any Instagram dm, it only works with messenger messages.

Is it because my app is not owned by a a verified business?

I am quoting "https://developers.facebook.com/docs/messenger-platform/conversations/?locale=en_US"

• A Page access token requested by a person who can perform the MESSAGING task on the Page linked to your Instagram Business account
• The instagram_basic, instagram_manage_messages, and pages_manage_metadata permissions
• Your app must be owned by a verified business

And I am assuming the third point is blocking me, but I have no way to confirm is this is intented or if this is some kind of bug ?

If this is supposed to work this way, can an individual requests a verified business "verification" ?
