my app has been restricted due to violations

The app Netino is in violation of Meta’s Platform Terms or Developer Policies and has been restricted, as described below. Platform Term 7.e.i.1 - Timely response to our requests

this is false we responded to all requests, the latest had a deadline for December 12th and have been responded an our response approved yesterday December 9th

is there a way to correct this issue ?
