An independent Enterprise not able to send any OTP messages to their users and always getting Error: 131049 & 131026. Unable to send a single messages. Please update for a solution.

Hi Team,

In most of cases the messages may failed or undelivered to few numbers but in our case all the messages are getting failed with Error: 131049 & 131026. Previously we are able to send OTP's to our customers.

We have tried to run the campaign again and all the messages got failed.

Kindly provide us some solution as its impacting our services.
