How do I set up my Facebook app to use the instagram_basic and pages_show_list scopes in https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instagram-platform/instagram-api-with-facebook-login/get-started#2--implement-facebook-login ?

The documentation only describes the basic login method, and does not include information on how to set up login to use the Instagram API. Also, there is no place to set up such settings on the app settings screen, which is troubling me.
