We have multiple calls using the new permission and Instagram Tester/Developers account to enable the Advanced Acess button to request.

The current app has been there for years and has no app type. The FB app is business-verified and also verified as a Tech Provider.

On the permissions and features page, it's mentioned that "Your app only needs advanced access to the following permissions and features if your business provides services of a Tech Provider." So we should be able to request advanced access to instagram_business_basic permission.
