I am currently working on integrating Meta Audience Network into the bidding section of my existing Google AdMob account. However, when adding Meta under Ad sources > Bidding, it prompts me to sign the partnership agreement. When I click the button, I am redirected to the Meta Monetization Manager dashboard, but no further progress can be made from there. How can I complete the signing of the partnership agreement and move to the next step, "Acknowledge bidding agreement"?
I'm having the same exact issue. I don't want to add a second banner ad section in my app and so I'm trying to go through the Mediation.. Just takes me to the dashboard.
I have exactly the same issue. I want to add Meta Audience Network to the mediation and I can't sign the partnership agreement because it only redirects me to the Meta Busines control panel. I have asked Google Admob for help and I am waiting for their response.
Admob has replied to me saying to contact Meta. They tell me this:
"We understand that you're encountering an issue related to the agreement provided by Meta. As this agreement is specific to Meta's services, we recommend reaching out to their support team for further assistance. They will be able to provide specific guidance and support related to the terms and conditions of the agreement."
But as you know, contacting Meta is quite complicated.
