I couldn't find any specific information on the number of human agents that can simultaneously access or manage conversations via the Messenger API. Could you please clarify if there is a limit to the number of agents or moderators that can be assigned to handle messages through the API?
For an Instagram Professional account or a business Facebook Page, is it possible to create multiple API keys, each for a different purpose (e.g., one for automated responses, another for human agent support)? If yes, how can this be managed?
