I have answered this question thrice as best as I can stating how I intend to use platform data with my Whatsapp Chatbot. Below is my submission

All complaints and suggestions are stored in our database and made accessible through a web application for our staff to resolve promptly. By tracking the time of each complaint, we can measure staff response times and evaluate how quickly resolutions are provided.

As a software solutions company, our WhatsApp Chatbot is used to inquire about our services or submit complaints for swift resolution. Upon engagement, the bot asks a series of questions to understand the nature of the complaint and determine the most appropriate resolution method."
