How to regain full access to a meta bussiness account hacked

Hello, I don´t have the option to open a case in meta help center its impossible. I have a partial access to my meta bussiness acount because an old admin was hacked and I don´t have now full admin rights.
Could somebody help me?. I´m too desperate.

I received a contact from a representative of meta contact center. I don´t know if I will can resolve the problem. Any help is kindly accepted.
