Issue with Retrieving Leads Data from Graph API
21

Since a few hours ago, I've been getting this error when trying to retrieve leads data:

"Unsupported get request. Object with ID 'id' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api."

I checked and updated all the tokens, but it didn’t fix the issue.

Am I the only one experiencing this error? About a month ago, Meta had a major issue related to retrieving data from the Graph API, and I’m worried this could be the same problem happening again.

You can still access all the leads in the Leads Center, we are doing thing manually in order not to lose money. To be hones it's kind of embarrassing on Meta side to have the same exact issue almost twice in a month

This issue first happened this morning at 5 am on Zapier. It is 2pm right now which is 9 hours after the first encounter without any viable solution or even communication from Meta teams...

We are seeing the same issue as well.

Unsupported get request. Object with ID '{lead-id}' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api (code 100, subcode 33) 'null - null

Hi, I work at Zapier and we're aware of this upstream issue on the Facebook GraphAPI. This issue occurred on 9/12 and was reported in https://developers.facebook.com/community/threads/539279861966705/ .

We contacted the Facebook support team to raise the issue. Zapier declared an incident, you can check the https://status.zapier.com/.
