We have setup WhatsApp API, verified business, added payment method and we are testing webhook functionality.

We setup the glitch project for testing and subscribed to "messages" along with other objects like "account_alerts" etc.

From our developer account, we navigated to > WhatsApp > Configuration

Here we have setup Callback URL and Verify Token.

We are able to see that we have subscribed to different webhook fields, "messages" being the most important.

When use the "Test" option and send to server, it works for all other webhook fields except "messages"

We notice on Meta Status (https://metastatus.com/whatsapp-business-api) that there are some disruptions with Cloud API but it does not mention about Webhooks in particular.

Request your help to resolve this issue.

Note that "sending messages" is working fine for us with cloud api, issue is specifically related to Webhooks and that too particularly to webhook field "messages" (that should be triggered when a user replies to our message). Also note that it was working fine till our app was in development. After review process (which was successful) and making app "Live" the issue has started.

Please let us know what additional details are required to investigate further.
