I am unable to query catalogs on my Whatsapp Business Account.

I have a Whatsapp Business Account (using the mobile app). I want to enable catalogs on it and update them via the API. I have tried digging into all the different documentation for a way to do this.

First method was through the API which you can see below. When that didn't work, I tried using the Business platforms and that didn't work either:

  1. What are my options here? Do I need to upgrade my account? Where can I find more information about this.
  2. Is there a way to create/modify/delete catalog items on my Whatsapp Business account via API at all?

BUSINESS PLATFORM METHOD

The steps I took:

  1. I added my Whatsapp Business Account within my Business Settings (business.facebook.com)
  2. I then went to the Whatsapp Manager. There I do not find my account.

Why does my Whatsapp Business Account not show up under Whatsapp Manager?
