Access Verification - Tech Provider

Hi Community,

As continuously reported, we're unable to pass the Access Verification. We received this message after submitting:

Thank you for completing access verification for your business, Review Hut. We need more information about your response to a question so we can verify that your business is a Tech Provider.

An admin of your business needs to go to the access verification form and provide more information by Oct 27, 2024.

Navigating to the directed link takes us to a blank page with no further information with no context why we were rejected. We're unable to resubmit for verification because it seems the system is waiting for me to respond but there's nothing for me to respond to.

For context, we're a tech provider who only requires access to instagram_basic and/or instagram_business_basic. We've clearly stated the required permissions, their purpose, and our general use case.

Any help would be much appreciated. Our business is at a standstill right now due to this.

This issue was associated with business portfolio account ownership. I was operating under an account I invited and that had full access, but did not have access to modify any access verification or any business portfolio settings. I had to invite the account as a business manager and then it was granted the appropriate permissions to modify the business portfolio and access business verification.
